Shipping Policy Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary depending on your UPS Zone. Fed Ex and the US Mail are similar (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the time the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. You will be notified via email of any backorder. At this time we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. All other International Orders will be handled and decided by separate email contact. Send each request through contact@buyhandheldgps.com You will be notified by email of our decision and reason on whether to ship.
Return Policy Buy Handheld GPS offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to support@buyhandheldgps.com or call 402-317-7517 and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of dated receipt Buy Handheld GPS will give a full refund, no questions asked ! Damaged items through use are not covered under refund policy.
Damaged Goods Policy Please note: All lost or damaged shipment orders must be noted and then contact support@buyhandheldgps.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number. Do not return a damaged order on your own without first obtaining an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Backorder Policy
We work very closely with all of our manufacturers to provide you with the most accurate lead times for back ordered items. The ETA date that you will be given is an approximation determined by the manufacturer's estimated ship date, location, and average transit times from their facility to our warehouse. This date does account for the number of outstanding sales orders in our back order queue and is based on shipping the entire quantity of the particular item on your order. Please note that many of our manufacturers use imported components and shipping dates may be unreliable because of unpredictable import/export and manufacturing delays. |
